Dear Parents and Guardians:
Today, the Home Instruction Plan has begun. The plan can be reviewed by clicking here. All parents in Grades 2-8 need to log into the Genesis Parent Portal and complete a short Technology Need Survey as soon as possible. The district is prepared to provide all students in Grades 2-8 with a device for completing the Home Instruction Plan activities beginning today if the student needs a device at home. In order to prepare for distribution, parents need to complete the short form in the Genesis Parent Portal.
In addition, breakfast and lunch meals are being provided to students free of charge for those students who need meals while schools are closed. More information regarding food distribution locations and times are available by checking your email or by visiting the district website. The goal is to provide students with meals and nutrition while schools are closed.
