This survey was created to help the district to gather parent input regarding possible next steps to increasing students' time in school. Please remember that the district has been operating consistently using the Hybrid A/B Day schedule since September 2020. Although an actual date has not been decided upon for Phase 2 to begin, the district is monitoring current conditions very closely. As of this survey, the CDC, local Health Department, and school physician still recommend mask-wearing and six feet of social distancing in schools. Your input is important.
