Dear Parents/Guardians:

I am writing to you today to remind you of the importance of logging on to your Parent Portal account. The Parent Portal serves as the hub for important information pertaining to your child, including bus and homeroom assignments, new school year forms/notices, and grades. Beginning of the year information will be available on Friday, August 25th.

Please visit the Parent Portal as soon as possible to ensure that you do not have any issues with logging in or accessing information. Now also is the time to complete some important New School Year forms, including:

  1. Back to School Information

  2. Policy Acknowledgement

  3. Supervision at Dismissal

  4. Publication of Student Photos

  5. Student Handbook Acknowledgement

  6. COVID-19 Symptom Acknowledgement

The forms listed above are key to ensuring a smooth start to the school year for both you and your child. Please complete these forms as soon as possible, and no later than September 22, 2023.

Please also note that the Parent Portal will be updated continuously with pertinent information regarding your child’s progress throughout the school year. It is a good idea to log in on a regular basis to check on these updates.

You can access the Parent Portal by visiting https://parents.eatontown.org. This link will always be available at the bottom of the district’s website as well. If you have any issues with logging in to the Parent Portal, please contact the main office of your child’s school.

The district has continued to make improvements and expand access to the Parent Portal in recent years, and plans to continue doing so to advance communication between parents and the schools. Thank you for your help in making this a successful endeavor.

Sincerely,

Scott T. McCue

Superintendent of Schools
