Our school is excited to share the roll out of PAWS Bucks, a school-wide reward system that recognizes students for demonstrating positive behaviors such as effort, responsibility, setting a good example, being helpful, active participation, displaying positivity and kindness. Students can earn PAWS Bucks from staff throughout the day. Once they collect 5 PAWS Bucks, they may choose to spend them to enter our PAWSitivity Hub. This hub is an interactive game and activity room open during select lunch periods and Fun Fridays.
Students also enter their PAWS Bucks into a monthly ticket drawing at the end of each month, which resets each month to give everyone a fresh start. This initiative supports our school’s Wildly Important Goal of earning 5,000 PAWS Bucks school-wide and we’re already 60% of the way there at a schoolwide collection of 3062/5000! We look forward to celebrating positive choices and building a strong, supportive school community together.
