Dear Eatontown School Community Member:

On Monday, March 1st, a letter was distributed to the entire school community announcing a new school schedule beginning on Wednesday, March 10th. Eatontown Public Schools will increase students’ time in school by utilizing the AA/BB Cohort Model and change remote learning Wednesdays to an additional day of school for Cohort A or Cohort B. However, there is one change to the schedule. In order to remain aligned with Monmouth Regional High School for families who have students in both school districts, Cohort A or Cohort B students will attend school on Wednesdays following the schedule listed below:

Wednesday, March 10th                             Cohort B (Last names M-Z)
Wednesday, March 17th                             Cohort A (Last names A-L)
Wednesday, March 24th                             Cohort B (Last names M-Z)
Wednesday, March 31th                             Cohort A (Last names A-L)

One additional point should be clarified. For students who have been attending school four days per week since September due to their specific program, these students will attend school five days per week beginning the week of March 8th.

Due to the Governor’s Executive Order, parents who wish for their children to remain remote will continue to have that option at this time.

Additional updates will be provided in the future. If you have any questions, please contact your school principal.

Sincerely,

Scott T. McCue
Superintendent of Schools
