Summer Learning Academy

Eatontown Public Schools is dedicated to providing educational opportunities that will enhance the overall success of individual students reaching their potential.  The district is constantly evaluating and assessing student progress and developing action plans to meet the needs of students who may require extra support. For the ninth year, Eatontown Public Schools will be offering an in-person Summer Learning Academy.  This Title I funded program will help targeted students to fill in gaps in their learning, reinforce important skills, and better prepare them for the next school year.

The Summer Learning Academy will provide a 5-week review of English/Language Arts Literacy and Mathematics skills for children entering Kindergarten through 8th Grade.  The program will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Monday through Thursday at Woodmere School beginning July 5, 2023 and ending August 3, 2023. Students in the program will receive breakfast as part of the program. Busing is available on a first come, first serve basis. Students are recommended for the program by their teachers as well as a review of data.
